TOGETHER, WE CAN PREVENT HEART ATTACK AND STROKE

  • Eat healthy and be physically active

    • You don't have to bike across the country (although we'd love you to join us!) but make physical activity part of your routine whether it's playing a sport, walking during lunch or always taking the stairs.

    • Eat fruits and veggies. Avoid fast food and sugary drinks (yes that Frappuccino counts!).

  • Get yourself checked out! For men over 45, ladies over 55,  know your blood pressure and get a simple, non-invasive carotid artery ultrasound

  • Sharing is caring. The vast majority of heart attacks and strokes can be prevented. Learn about stroke and heart attack (see all the amazing resources below!) and share with your friends and loved ones.

  • Donate to organizations working to stop heart attack and stroke and help survivors and families
